About Our Guest Speaker
Justin Cutler is the Senior VP of Consulting for LeaderGov and was formerly Commissioner of Atlanta Parks & Recreation.
Justin has over 20 years in local government, including leadership roles in Seattle, WA, Westminster, CO, and Oregon. He's known for blending continuous improvement with community-focused innovation.
In Atlanta, he and his team launched the Parks & Recreation Equity Data Tool to ensure every resident has a 10-minute walk to high-quality green space, and linked parks to better health outcomes through evidence-based chronic disease programs.
A certified parks executive (CPRE), Cutler is dedicated to equity, wellness, and vibrant, well-activated public spaces.
